| 1. | Why are there holes in the cover? Does Intex distribute a cover without holes? |
| For safety reasons there are holes in the top cover. Plus, these small weep holes are also helpful in preventing rain or sprinkler water build up on top of the cover. No, all Intex pool covers have holes, except for the smaller family swim center pools. |
| 2. | Is the Intex pool cover a "Safety Cover"? |
| No. The pool covers sold by Intex are debris covers. |
| 3. | Do Intex covers have the mesh screen in the middle? |
| No. Instead of using mesh screen, all the Intex Above Ground Pool (Easy Set pool and Metal Frame pool) covers are designed with holes in the center and holes around the edges, except for family swim center pool covers. |
| 4. | My cover doesn't fit. Do I have the wrong size? What do I do? |
| Sometimes it is easier to put the cover on with the help of another person. Hold the cover on one end, have another person walk around the pool pulling the cover over the inflatable ring (for Easy Set pools), or down the wall (for frame pools). You can also set the cover under the sun temporarily in order to promote stretching. |
| 5. | Does Intex recommend other pool covers to be used with Intex above ground pools? |
| No. Always use Intex debris pool cover with Intex AGP. |
| 6. | The "bubbles" should be facing down with the "Intex" name or smooth side facing up. |
